Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "you") and phbwenas ("we," "us," or "the platform"). They apply to all services available through the phbwenas website, including sports betting, live casino, virtual sports, sabong, and any promotional or VIP programmes.

Accurate registration details

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and any other details requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account balances.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with any other person. phbwenas will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account verification

phbwenas operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide identity verification documents before depositing, withdrawing, or accessing certain features. Completing verification promptly keeps your account in good standing and avoids delays in processing withdrawal requests.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits and account balances at phbwenas are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱, PHP). No foreign currency conversion is required for members transacting through local payment channels.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the account during the deposit process. Deposits are generally credited when received and confirmed by the payment provider. phbwenas is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

phbwenas does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to other persons. Deposits received from unverified or third-party sources may be held pending investigation. Members found to be using payment accounts not in their own name may have their account restricted or closed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from a phbwenas account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity must have been verified before a withdrawal is processed. Submit required documents promptly to avoid delays.
• Withdrawals are paid to a payment account in your own name that matches your phbwenas registration details. Mismatched names result in rejected or delayed withdrawals.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown during the withdrawal request process.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers and mobile wallet withdrawals typically complete within one to three business days, though this is not guaranteed.
• If a bonus or promotional amount has been credited to your account, withdrawal of associated funds may be subject to wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms.
• phbwenas reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure that protects all members.

Do not request a withdrawal of funds still subject to pending bets. Pending bet amounts are not available for withdrawal until the bet is settled.

Betting Rules

Promotions & Bonuses

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account
• Attempting to manipulate bet outcomes through collusion, match-fixing, or the use of unauthorised software or bots
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods to fund your account
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming control implemented by phbwenas
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using phbwenas for any illegal financial activity
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain

Responsible Gaming

phbwenas is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for Filipino members. We provide tools within your account that support sensible limits, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options.

Members who wish to take a break from the platform may request a temporary suspension or permanent self-exclusion. These requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the requested period. Attempting to open a new account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.

• A dispute or chargeback has been raised against a deposit transaction
• The account poses a regulatory, compliance, or reputational risk to the platform

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, outstanding bonuses and in some cases, pending winnings may be forfeited pending investigation. Genuine account balances from confirmed deposits will be returned to the member's verified payment account where no fraud is found.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings section or by contacting support. Voluntary closures are processed within a reasonable timeframe, and remaining balances are returned subject to standard verification procedures.

Limitation of Liability

phbwenas provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or technical faults beyond our reasonable control
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing
• Errors in data feeds from third-party sports data providers, where these are corrected in a timely manner
• Your failure to maintain account security or to update contact and payment information
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member
